I am a Texas native but not your typical country girl. I have embarked on a journey with Flower Child Adventures in hopes to help women, men, and children tap into their inner knowing by creating an environment where every individual feels safe, seen, loved, and heard. Promoting an overall sanctuary crafted to guide those seeking holistic healing. At the age of 36, facing Stage 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Breast Cancer; I embraced a profound quest for health and wellness, as a single mother of three fighting for my life. I deepened my knowledge, healing myself holistically and helping to spread holistic health to those I encounter. The mind, body, soul connection is powerful and should be strengthened, encouraged, and cherished.

My passion is both gentle and bold; through nature, yoga, breath work, meditations, and sound therapy that invites others to rediscover themselves. I perceive my clients in ways they might not see within themselves, unlocking doors to transformational experiences. In my hands, healing and growth reach new heights, creating a profound journey of self-discovery on a whole new level.
